This glass work is currently presented in the exhibition “Yael Toren - Dream a dream of an inverted world״ at Bialik Museum, curated by Dr. Smadar Sheffi, marking 120 years since Hayim Nahman Bialik’s poem “The Pond” was first published.

Delicate glass threads, torn remnants, hang suspended in the air. Some unravel loosely, others curl into forced contractions, in some, a red nuance has intruded, like a trace of violent memory etched into the material. Calamity, followed by testimony, almost anemic, yet still charged.
What once was is no longer.
